The Store will ask you for the billing address associated with your credit card. Because of security measures, the store will verify with the issuing bank of your card the data you have entered.
Select your payment method and enter the required data. Make sure you are purchasing all your products with the correct specifications. Once you do, confirm your purchase and the store will automatically generate a purchase confirmation page with the order number, the product or products purchased, its cost and the amount of local shipping to our warehouse address in Miami. Save this Purchase Confirmation as a payment receipt or invoice.
When the store sends your merchandise to our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your email, which you must provide to us so that we can track your merchandise until it reaches our warehouse, send that number to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
The staff of our offices in Miami will inform you via email the receipt of your merchandise once it arrives at our warehouse and send you a quote for the cost of shipping to the destination you indicate, according to your requirements (Air or Ocean).
Once you confirm the shipping method and approve the quotation sent, we will immediately coordinate the shipment of your merchandise according to your requirements. The waiting times for air shipments are 3 to 5 business days from the time the cargo leaves our warehouse in Miami and for ocean shipments is 4-5 weeks.
